I'm a recent buyer in Naples, and Patriot was not one of the inspectors that my realtor recommended. I chose none of those recommendations, because all had mediocre reviews. I found a few other highly-rated inspectors and called all of them. Nick was very picky on inspecting our newly built home in Estero. I highly recommend Nick for a complete inspection before your final walk through. I obtained his expertise for a second inspection to make sure that the builder fixes all the problems from the initial inspection. I was shocked to see all the defects with newly built homes, especially the tile roof. From the ground, the roof looks great, but Nick inspects tile by tile and found all the cracks, the chips that shouldn't have been there with the new roof.
