Services
The Stanwood Cooperative Preschool (SCP) has been owned and operated by families from the Stanwood, Camano Island and Arlington areas since 1976. Our preschool is staffed by professional teachers who work together with parents to operate a successful, stimulating and engaging classroom. Our basic philosophy is that young children learn best through hands-on activities and the social interactions of play.
For children ages 18 months to 3 years old. Expand both you and your child's world! This class is designed for toddlers to use their motor skills while exploring the classroom and fueling their curiosity. These precious moments discovering a new world are shared with the child's parent or caregiver.
This year, they can be emailed back to preschool. You will then be sent an invoice for the registration fees. Once your form and fees are paid, your spot in the class (or waitlist) will be confirmed. We are planning on returning to in person classes in the fall (following all health and safety guidelines) and will have more information on what that entails as we get closer to the fall.
Our event draws 200 adults from throughout the area. We are seeking donations for this auction, either monetary or any in-kind item or service that can be auctioned or raffled. If donating a biddable item or service, please include a brochure or fact sheet about the item or service so that we may properly present it during the auction, including any restrictions.
SCP is an independent non-profit organization and is solely supported by financial contributions and fundraising events. Your financial contribution to the preschool will provide much needed funds for curriculum, supplies, field trips, and so much more! Your contribution is 100% tax deductible. You can make a tax deductible donation to SCP here.
