Beginning its twenty-second year this fall of 2021, Elim Christian Preschool in Lake Stevens exists as a non-denominational, non-profit educational institution that serves as an extension of the ministry of Elim Lutheran Church. Our facility is safe, properly maintained and well equipped with indoor and outdoor play areas, including a natural play area, a sandbox, and a large play structure.

Services
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
For those who need additional time in the mornings, we are offering a Breakfast Club option from 8:30 to the start of class at 9:10 am on Mondays through Thursdays. Breakfast is provided by the parent. Our Lunch & Play option runs from 11:40 to 12:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
This program allows your child to enjoy more social time with his peers while eating a lunch brought from home followed by guided games and activities with the staff.This extra time also affords an opportunity for extended work times, shopping, Dr. appointments, etc for parents.

The 3-Year-Old Classes will basically follow the same themes as the 4-Year-Old Classes with less emphasis on letters & numbers and variations in the art projects. Our curriculum rotates every two years for a varied preschool experience for your child. We also include Lake Stevens School Districts programs of 2ndStep, David Matteson and Handwriting Without Tears at the preschool level in our curriculum for an easy transition into kindergarten.

Our two kids went to Elim Christian Preschool. We are very happy with the experiences they had there. It's a very caring and safe environment to bring kids into. They would always talk about the activities they did and playtime with friends. Our kids are now in elementary school, and they are ahead of others academically because of the head start they received in preschool. At the end of the year, the preschool put together music concerts, and they received a special year summary photo booklet. We highly recommend Elim.
