My office is located in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC - within walking distance from Adam Morgan, Logan Circle, Georgetown and George Washington University. PJ handled my homeowners when I relocated to Maryland and then went on to insure a new rental property and provide our auto, life and umbrella polices. The rates she got us were better than what we previously had direct online and she worked through four policies in a single phone call saving me hours on the phone and online.

I had a question today about a premium notice and called P.J.'s number, where I reached Manny. Manny took my call immediately and, although he did not know the answer to my question off the top-of-his-head, he said he would get the necessary information and call me back, which he did within the half-hour. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and I particularly appreciate the fact that there is no telephone tree to wade through when you call P.J.'s office - someone - often Manny - answers the phone himself. He is knowledgeable and helpful and a real asset to this office.

PJ is the consummate professional. There is no horrific voice mail system here… just very professional service. PJ has always been able to answer my questions and get me documents as soon as I need them. State Farm really is a top quality insurance provider.

PJ is professional, personable, and trustworthy. When I became a first-time homeowner in 2016, I was pretty clueless about insurance. PJ was always available to answer my questions, and she helped me navigate the whole process, which put me at ease and made the experience a smooth transition. Fast, responsive, and helpful -- that's how I'd describe the service of PJ and her colleagues. I've insured my apartment with her for years. Even looked into adding services recently. Didn't work out there, but she's fast and responsive even when the answer's "sorry, no." Should you consider PJ for your insurance needs? The answer is yes.

If I could give PJ Hemnani and her office 0 stars, I would. She is unprofessional and does not care about her customers. GO TO ANY OTHER STATE FARM AGENT!
I have been using State Farm for the past 8 years and overall have not had a problem. However, since moving to DC and having to switch agents, PJ and her office have been beyond difficult. I had set up an automatic payment on my credit card so I would not have to worry about my car insurance payment. A month ago, I received an email from her team saying my insurance was canceled. When I called them back immediately saying this must be a mistake
