Have stayed with this agency for close to 10 years. The staff is well trained, courteous, and follows through with what they promises. The broker/owner will take shifts on the phone occasionally and is just as knowledgeable as he staff in using the office systems. He is willing to spend time with you to solve your issue and does you do not get the sense that he thinks you are wasting his time. I've had 3 claims resolved quickly and easily with this agency. They also have found ways for me to save premium expenses through different options offered by State Farm. 100% recommend State Farm and this
