Our team of experienced pediatric RNs have specific knowledge and expertise in DHS Rule 3 requirements. Our company works with all licensed and certified programs serving children of all ages.
Before you apply for your license we will review your policies and procedures for Rule 3 compliance, or you can use our pre-approved policies. This is a DHS requirement for all new programs. We will inspect your site for health and safety issues in advance of initial licensing approval. Our trained professionals provide comprehensive health, safety, and nutrition consulting services addressing every need of your child care center.
As your students grow up, we will be there to address their changing needs with quarterly or annual visits. Your dedicated consultant team will be there when you have questions in between visits by email or phone, and all our customers have access to our comprehensive Program Policies, Procedures and Program Records for Minnesota Rule 3.
Step 1 - a policy sign off. We will review your current health and safety policies and provide guidance or recommendations where needed. Step 2 - pre-licensing visits for new programs. We will conduct a health and safety walk through prior to licensing coming out to license your facility. This is a DHS requirement!
Our Registered Nurses have been helping businesses like yours create health policies and practices that are certified to protect the health of children in your care. You can use our DHS approved health and safety policies or we will review yours to make sure they contain requirements such as first and safety procedures, diapering procedures, sanitation procedures for food including infant food, and much more.
