For many parents, choosing child care is one of the most important decisions they will ever make during their child's early years. It can be an agonizing process, riddled with questions and feelings that are often hard to decipher. At Ladybug Child Care Center, we understand how difficult this decision can be - but we also know how rewarding the right child care choice can be for both parent and child.
Everything we do at Ladybug is designed with children in mind. From our individualized and nurturing infant program to our caring and stimulating toddler and preschool curricula. Services
Ladybug started out as all about "family." And it is still about family. We are family-owned and family-operated. My children are now grown, but three of them still come to Ladybug every day-Miss Michelle, Mr. Stephen, and Miss Maria! They have chosen careers in the family business not because it is easy, but because they, like me, believe that we have something unique and special to offer your family.
Ladybug Child Care Center, Inc. offers a unique and convenient opportunity for your "little bug." Our enrichment classes, offered daily in our Proddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten classrooms, help prepare your child's heart, mind, and body to ensure their success as a life-long learner as well as enhance your child's daily curriculum at Ladybug.
Parent Aware rated Ladybug Child Care as excelling in the use of most best practices in preparing kids for kindergarten. By earning Four Stars, Ladybug Child Care shows that it is equipped to offer the very best in quality care, assuring parents that it is doing all it can to prepare their children for school.
Ladybug Child Care Center of Waconia has been accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) has identified 10 standards for early childhood programs that accreditation is based upon. These standards can help families make the right choice when they look for child care.
There are two types of learning: academic learning and intellectual learning. Most of us understand academic learning. It is the learning that takes place when children are engaged in memorizing, counting, reciting, and practicing. This learning takes no logic; it is just the stuff that we all need to know.
