Most people drive with there eyes open. It's my understanding that this is the recommended way to operate a motor vehicle. It increases your chances of seeing things by at least a factor of 10. If you are one of those "eyes open" people then I'm sure you have seen your fuel gauge before. Oh yeah right!

If your in dire need of a towing service don't call Total Tow Memphis! My truck had a blowout early this morning. It's 4 in the evening and still no tow in sight! I called to follow up and they said give them ten minutes. Ten minutes turned into hours with my truck on the side of the road. So I called back and now they are not answering the phone. Bad business and unprofessional.

I have had to have a number of vehicles towed over the years, Total Tow Memphis was not only the fastest response time i have ever had from a towing service, but they were nice to deal with. From the lady on the phone that answered my call to the driver that showed up. They did such a good job that i called them back the following week when my wife had a flat tire because i was unable to get to her fast enough from work. She had the kids with her so i knew i needed someone there FAST. Total Tow truly is the Total Package and i am so glad they are here in memphis

I have roadside assistance with my insurance company, but when I called the insurance company to get a tow, they wanted to charge me extra to have it towed to my choice of mechanic, stating that my "free tow up to 30 miles" was dependent on the neighborhood I was broken down in... so I ended up calling these guys. Not only did they charge me less than my insurance company wanted to charge me for taking it to my choice of mechanics, the tow showed up at my vehicle in under 35 minutes. The lady on the phone was wonderful; the driver one of the most polite, jolly people I've ever met. More than fair

Solid company. they were the first people who actually picked up their phones- i called like three companies- when i was stranded by the side of the road. they came promptly and the driver was polite (Henry, i think?). He dropped me off at a repair shop and the price was fair. Really helped me out of a tricky situation. five stars.

I made the dumb mistake of locking my keys in my rental last weekend and was in a hurry to get to an important function. Thankfully, Total Tow Memphis came within 30 minutes when a few other companies I called couldn't be there sooner than an hour. Their quote was I received was also nearly half of what the others were charging. 5 stars for great service, fair rates, being efficient, professional and friendly!
