Rent is expensive, gym is never open and they have old laundry machines, jacuzzi and pool are always broken. Smell horrible because trash is always full/overflowing. And security is more interested in residents sitting in their parking space than trespassers. Nosy neighbors/management, theres cameras everywhere and even some residents have cameras pointing out their window! The manager is "never wrong" in their views/decisions. Read lease carefully, you pay $1400+ for a studio and can't have a second person unless they sign on a lease. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They have

I have had a great experience at City Plaza Apartments. Not only have any maintenance issues been fixed immediately, but during the Covid crisis, the apartment has been supplying residents with toilet paper, masks, and hand sanitizer. It really shows that they care about their residents.

Parking is horrible and continues to get worse every day! Tennant's are rude and park with just enough space between them so they can move forward or back and squeeze in another one of their cars later. Even at 3pm, the only spaces available are in front of fire hydrants or the green "15 minute" zone. There are cars that are parked on the street for months at a time and noone does anything about it. The only positive and the reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the rent is a teeny bit less than other places, its quiet when no projects are going on, and they are very quick about maintenance issues

If you wake up past 8AM, do NOT rent here. The maintenance people begin work extremely early almost everyday and you can hear them hammering and doing work that will wake you up 100% of the time. The people that mow the lawn come around 8AM as well. If there is a project that takes a while to complete, the workers would actually begin at 7AM but would wake you up way before that time when they are getting ready to begin their work at the legal time 7AM. It's funny to me how most of the time, they never work after 12 noon because they are too lazy to work in the heat. Avoid this place if you wake

The reviews about maintenance starting work at 7am are true. Today they started construction on the parking lot at 7am making tons of noise. There were drills and a backhoe brought in blocking people from getting out of the parking lot to go to work/school. The management of this place is so bad and the lack of care and respect for the people that live here makes this one of the worst places to live at.

I lived there for a year and it was great for the price. All your utility is paid for except electricity. Like the other reviews said they do a lot of work in the AM but it's easily fixable with some ear plugs. The walls are pretty thin. I did not like the one way thru street and the card gate. I really wish they upgraded that feature instead of other things.
I was very disappointed in the deposit check I got back. We cleaned my apartment all day when we moved and they decided to charge us 220 out of 500 of the deposit. The apartment was sparkling clean when we left and I do not know why they

Worse place to live ever only because of the manager she is so rude and mean. For sure she doesn't have a clue of what she is doing she treats residents as if she was better than them. She pretends to be nice before you sign the contract but once you do it you are doom and as long as you live there she will be on top of you and will never leave you to live in peace.

I could give 0 star if there was that option. Just to begin parking sucks. Management is horrible. Is like going to the store to buy something and they tried to be smart and treat you like if they are doing a favor to you, that's how the lady is. She needs to be respectful and answer questions in a good way. I don't know how people keeps living there whit that manager being so rude. My decision to not live there was only the manager. Maybe some they I could go back and check if she is not there any more.

I lived there in one of the one bedroom apartments in the back, from 1975-80. Back then rent was $165 a month, including renting a refrigerator. While i was there they turned the water feature in the courtyard into a putting green. Back then they did allow pets. In one apartment they had two big St. Bernards.
I loved having those two 6'x6' walk-in closets! You could almost rent them out as bedrooms. The big vanity between was nice too. The only thing I disliked was the cross on top of what was then the new tower at the church, shining brightly into my bedroom window on the 2nd floor.
Glad to
