Mr. Ball graduated from Pace University and SUNY Binghamton Law School. Tony is awesome! I had many set backs with my loan, and complications with my closing but he continued to remain patient, diligent and continued to work through the chaos. He is knowledgeable and I knew that whichever question, or concern I had it would be answered and I felt he was on my side! I trusted Tony his team with the sale of my first home, and was not disappointed. They walked me through the entire process, were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and professional throughout. I also moved across country before the sale was final which made me nervous, but the process didn't skip a beat. Highly recommended, especially if dealing with Co-Ops.

The team at Ball & Ferrari was very responsive, professional, and ready to assist. My business was conducted during the pandemic, and the anticipation was that things would have been very challenging. I can not say that for Ball & Ferrari as someone was always available to respond to my call. Highly-recommended (by a friend) Tony Ferrari handled my Closing. He did a terrific job! There were constant challenges in a dragged out settlement due to a difficult (on many levels) party.
