This company has taken over one of the car washes that we normally go to. Bank account information was transferred to Car Wash USA express without informing the customers. We were refused service, even though Car Wash USA Express had already taken the payment from our account. I have requested a refund and have not heard back from this company!!

I came to this location just to get my car vacuumed as I didn’t need a car wash for my car, I was told that I have to pay for a car wash to use their vacuum, pretty sure they cheated me out of my money. I was told by another patron that the vacuums are free. I’m pretty sure they just scammed me out of my money. The bathrooms are also closed, I’m not mad at them for being closed due to COVID, but I had to at least go home twice because I really needed to use the restroom. Imagine if you had health issues and wouldn’t be able to make it to the restroom and the only restroom was the one at

WOW, where to start. First off, today when I pulled up, the price on the sign and the price on the kiosk were different. THEN they had me pull in very close to the car ahead of me. Our cars bumped THREE TIMES while in the car wash, but they didn't care at all. Fortunately there wasn't any real damage, but their customer service was HORRIBLE.

I used to drive all the way to Dickson for this car wash. Now the kids are on the phone all of the time. $21 wash and one kid on the phone the other scrub 1/2 my bumper and tail gait. A couple of the big brushes weren’t working when I came through. Needless to say, bits and pieces of the truck got washed. I guess I will have to check out the new one up the street.

I work at this place and you have to keep in mind that it’s a express wash meaning that the costumer is there to get in and out quickly!! If you are not satisfied with the wash you can go through it another time. We use brushes to prep your car before the actual wash itself. Sometimes the machine that you pick from doesn’t work but you can just honk and we will be glad to assist you in any way!

A lot of time they have kids working the front of the car wash, every single time I have gone they could care less about you pulling up. They are always on their phones. Most of the time it’s a big deal they have to pre brush your car, but it’s the only car wash in town and they know that. Really thinking about going to the self wash instead

Worst management in the history of the car wash industry. Since taking over for Wash 'n Roll, they have gone from a great car wash to one that is closed half the time we try to stop in (Yes, during normal business hours) They have overcharged my credit card $150 on two occasions and still fighting with them to get someone to refund the last $150. The staff always blames the old Wash 'n Roll people for every problem they have. It is simply a stressful place to deal with. Area Manager Sean Haines is completely useless when it comes to managing a car wash or handling problems, without getting a ghetto
