I saw Dr Nguyen for the first time today (I usually see Dr Latimer at this practice). I got my rapid covid test while sitting in my car, I did have to wait and call them twice before anyone came out to do it. They did the test and had me sit in the car for the video appt. I waited 45 minutes to see the Dr over the phone. This was 30 minutes after my initial appointment time. So he was 30 minutes late. He was very nice, gave me some meds. This practice is worth it, even if I have to wait a little while.

I have seen several of the doctors at this practice for one reason or another. Mostly Sydney Weaver, but I agree she is highly professional as they all are. They're all friendly, they take the time to answer your questions, don't put you out the door so they can get the next person in, and genuinely care for you. I can't say enough good things about them and have recommended them to friends and family. I have been going to them since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. Had a Covid test today. As usual the staff was very courteous and attentive. They came out to my car quickly and the results didn't take long either. Samantha followed up with a phone call by the time I got home to find out my symptoms and go over self care. Feel very blessed to be a patient at this practice. Never had a bad experience ever.

Sydney is the most exceptional, caring, and professional nurse practitioner I’ve had. She spends times listening and she involves me in decision making regarding my health. She cares a lot for her patients and makes me feel I’m the only important person to her when she’s in the room.

My family and I have been with Pinnacle for 8 years and have been extremely satisfied with the care, follow up, and kindness consistently given to us. Sydney Weaver is wonderful, she is phenomenal at her job and makes each appointment feel like visiting an old friend. I trust her with my health and the health of my family. Horrible experience. Stay away. Staff is unethical, dishonest, and prioritizes insurance billing over patient care. I went for a routine physical and blood work, all the results were normal. A couple weeks after receiving all of my results, they called me and said I needed to come in again to see the doctor. I was worried something was wrong, but they assured it's just routine and not to worry because my insurance will pay for the visit anyway. When returning, they just checked my blood pressure, temperature, and asked a few general questions. They essentially just gave me another routine

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Diasti's for some time. Dr. Diasti is the real deal when talking about going to an internist in that he is not only very smart , but he asks the right questions and listens to what his patients have to say very carefully. He is willing to spend as much time with you as is needed to diagnose and make an action plan to deal with any medical issue, where needed. At Dr. Diasti's office, a patient is not just a number and he orders additional blood work or testing when prudent. He gets to know his patients and offers highly competent and very important

I won't be going back. Tests aren't ordered, I had to go to the lab and get my own results since I was being brushed off by the receptionist. Waiting over an hour for the doctor once because she was with the practice manager. Nope. Do that later, please. My ARNP didn't order a culture. Geez. They get up and walk out of the room, I think they're coming back and then the MA comes and tells me I'm done. Huh? No goodbye? Goodbye to Pinnacle. So disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I received a bill for $35.00 which I paid in August 2012. They cashed my check but never credited my account. I have called several times and nailed several copies of the cashed check and I am still receiving $35.00 bills from Pinnacle Health Group. Look elsewhere for health care. Dr Quadri was simply ok but not one I would return to.
