I’m very conflicted about this office. Dr. Vargas was wonderful and kind, and spent a good amount of time talking with me about my symptoms, but getting a test done has been literally impossible because of the office’s incompetence.
In short:
They did not get approval from my insurance company to do a CT scan the doctor requested, sent me on a run-around for nearly a month trying to get it approved, only for my insurance company to deny the approval in the end. I waited nearly a month for absolutely nothing and my pain has not gotten better.

I am very pleased with the care I have received since being a patient with Dr. Vargas.She is very thorough in her treatment and offer options if the patient is uncertain about cause and maintenance of care. She's easy to talk to and she listens to your concerns and complaints. The staff is very friendly and pressional. I highly recommended
