We would love to help make your event a dream come true. We can cater any size event from a romantic dinner delivered to your home or cabin to corporate events with hundreds of guests. If you are looking for a wedding cake or food for your reception we can handle weddings of all sizes and styles. Our online menu planner is a tool to help us better serve you but it does not reserve or pay for your menu.

We loved working with ASC for our daughter's wedding in Wears Valley. We requested a new recipe and they delivered! Literally! It was so nice knowing that the food would be set up and then the empty dishes and serving pieces would be picked up the next day. We would highly recommend this team for your next event!

We were having a reunion of people we met in Germany, we had 38 people and we're looking for catering with German food. I found Absolutely Sensational Catering, and they were absolutely sensational! The food was excellent, Karen and Kent were a joy to work with, very flexible, the price was right. Can't say enough about what a great job these caterers did. If you're ever in the Gatlinburg area and you need a caterer, Absolutely Sensational Catering is what you want!

Absolutely Sensational Catering did a fantastic job for my daughter’s destination wedding. Karen and Kent provided delicious meals and were amazing to work with! ASC provided lunches, the rehearsal dinner and wedding buffet for 60. From sausage burritos to bbq and prime rib, the food was delicious. Karen also did the wedding cake which was delicious and beautiful. Karen always brought all the right supplies and was consistently prompt and thoughtful. The numerous emails and phone calls back-and-forth for the planning were no problem for her and she was always ready with ideas. We are so glad
