Chef's Catering has been serving Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg since 1997 with a perfect blend of sensational food, inspiring ideas and professional staff. Chefs catering was started in 1997 at Stokely Hospitality Enterprises when David Colburn was their executive chef. Chef's Catering started out just serving the neighborhood of Farragut in Knoxville Tennessee with David and one employee.
From 1997 to 2006, Chef's Catering (then known as Stokley Hospitality Catering) had become a full size catering operation handling large venues and parties which included over 20 employees. In May of 2006, David left Stokely Hospitality to work with Feehedrick Entertainment Group's Black Bear Jamboree Catering.

We just had this company cater my son's wedding. I was amazed. All the food had flavor, not bland. The service was excellent and timely. We had checked other caterers, and for the price, these caterer are unbeatable. Everything was taken care of. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would not recommend anyone else.

This place was amazing! They delivered my wedding food to my cabin and set everything up. I didn’t have to worry about anything! The best part is the food was the best we’ve had since being in town. Everything was delicious! I’m a little bias because I am

We attended a family wedding and Chef’s Catering was the caterer for the event. The ladies arrived and immediately began setting up. They were courteous and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful! I would highly recommend them!

We hired Chef's Catering for our wedding. From the very beginning when we were setting up a tasting all the way to the big day, we were very satisfied with their professionalism. The food was fantastic! Everyone at the wedding couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! The staff that worked our event were so great! If we do any other events that need catered food we will definitely use them again!

I was a little nervous choosing a caterer when everyone was coming from out of town for my wedding and I didn't have a chance to meet in person but they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to reputation!!! The owner kept in constant contact and was very patient with all my questions and concerns leading up to the event, and the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond to match decor for the rest of the venue, staff continuously made rounds to check on guests and clear empty plates, and I think I got more compliments on the food than anything else at the wedding

I loved using Chef's catering for my out of town wedding. Sarah with the catering was such a joy to work with and handled my myriad of questions and constant changes. I would highly recommend them. The food was good and I loved how they were able to come and set up for our wedding earlier in the day so all that was needed was serving when it came time for the reception.
