DON’T hire him, save your money. It took me working in a law office and for a good family law attorney to realize how sloppy and misrepresented my divorce was. Do yourself a favor and keep searching. It’s taken me two years and more post decree COST, after spending $10,000.00 with Motta & Motta to fix all of the bad this attorney did on my divorce.

In desperate need of a defense attorney... My trust for lawyers were slim to nothing! Back in 2015, my nightmare began. Hired an attorney who said she can take the case. Needless to say, she took my money and left my son sitting in the county and turned around to tell me she couldn't take the case any further because she was retiring. As a struggling, hard working single Mother there were many days, weeks, months I lost hope that my son and I would ever see justice, in what can be a never ending court system and process , that at times, one feels helpless and forgotten.
