Florida commercial closings are a frequent occurrence in the State's thriving economy. For better or worse, though, they are often more complicated than residential sales, there is often more money involved, and for these reasons and others, they can leave the parties involved feeling nervous and bewildered.
In the more common kind of home purchase, a lending institution provides a mortgage loan to the purchaser. In an owner financing transaction, the seller carries all or part of the purchase price minus the down payment. Florida owner financing, also referred to as creative financing or seller financing, tends to become more frequent when lenders tighten up their lending requirements.
Florida Real estate transactions almost invariably involve a great deal of money changing hands, which in turn requires purchase agreement negotiations as well as sale agreement negotiations. "Hands" down the best commercial title company here in Clearwater FL. I was in a rush and Pat Hand was there to save me. Ill be using his title services for my residential properties as well. I think the personalized part of the service is what I liked the most. Great job answering my requests in a timely matter Pat - much appreciated.

We used their commercial title services in Florida after opening . a location in Orlando this year. Pat Hand is the best. I would not hire another Title Company if you are looking for speed, quality, and the lowest prices around. What a gem. Im going to use him for my residential title services as Im about to do a for sale by owner in Tampa FL.....thanks for everything!
