Bellevue, Nebraska is a suburb of the thriving city of Omaha, and is filled with a diverse population. As a matter of fact, that is how I first became fortunate enough to live here- it was the final location of my father's Air Force career and when he retired, we opened Bellevue Real Estate (in 1978).
It is due to those military ties that I'm proud to manage homes near Offutt AFB, in addition to homes in Papillion, LaVista, Ralston, Millard and the greater Omaha area. Good luck on your maintenance issues getting fixed. When they FINALLY send someone, it's the lowest bidder. I lived in one of their properties and I went years with a leaky roof Mimi tried to bill me for and no AC in the summer cause the idiot she hired didn't show up. I eventually bought my own home and would never, never, never use Mimi. NEVER!!!

I am a homeowner that trusted these people while stationed overseas. They brought in terrible renters, never let me know of any issues, had terrible upkeep and messed up my tax paperwork. I am filing ethics charges with the Realtors board in Nebraska as these people are liars, scammers and just horrible people. The owner's name is Mimi Janda, and I hope you never have to deal with this terrible person.

As renters, my family has lived in a number of places till we were able to purchase our home this month. Most of our landlords were pretty good, one was objectionable. Bellevue Real Estate takes the cake in bad management. They lost the check that my husband gave them for the security deposit and the first bit of rent. We were called and asked to bring another several weeks later when she realized she had lost it and we obliged. After that, we never heard from her for anything except when the owner was coming through and wanted to see the property. She is never in the office and does not

I had just moved into a house and the second day we stayed there and we put everything in the basement. It floods, it took them three days to fix the prob, finds out tree roots where growing in the drain pipe. There was poo gushing out of the hole, it was absolutely nasty. The oven did not work at all, the windows where cracked. I have three children one is only 9 months that drinks formula, well at 4pm the hot water stops working. I called them non stop for 4 straight days without a answer. Finally they sent out a ding dong that even bad talks the company that pays his checks. I wouldn't
