Services
Dr. Seyller has practiced in the North-East metro area for over 25 years. She started her studies at Northern Illinois University majoring in biology. Dr. Seyller continued her studies at the Indiana University, School of Optometry, where she graduated with honors. She lived in Mahtomedi for many years and her children are graduates of Mahtomedi High School.
Daytona Ultra Widefield Retinal Imaging: This instrument gives us a 200 degree panoramic view of the retina to aide in the diagnosis of retinal problems including diabetic retinopathy. In many cases dilation will not be necessary after a Daytona scan.
Heidelberg Spectralis OCT: This instrument provides the best technology available to detect glaucoma, macular degeneration and other retinal diseases by measuring and seeing every layer of the retina in detail.Humphrey Matrix Visual Field: This instrument detects visual field loss in its earliest stages.

I called this morning to see if I could have my glasses adjusted, Elliot answered and said absolutely! Even though I did not purchase my glasses there. When I arrived, everyone was courteous and kind. The facility itself was classy and clean! Elliot was fantastic when adjusting my glasses, explaining the process and making sure I was satisfied! Thanks so much!

Came in a few months ago with slight vision issues found out I wasn't legal to drive on the road my vision issues were so bad and I was fixed up in no time, the no dilation eye check is amazing, and the whole team here is great. What's better my lenses came in and just over a week. Great Turn around time if I could rate higher Stars I would.

Switched to this clinic as I did not want to be one of the masses at St. Paul Eye Clinic and am thrilled with the personal touch and excellent care given by Dr. Seyller. She listens, asks all the right questions and is relentless in getting you the best possible prescription to address even the most complex vision needs. She is on-time, thorough and professional. So glad I made the switch and have found a new eye care clinic that is just the right fit for me. Kaitlyn the intern is also excellent. Love being a patient where interns can learn from such an outstanding example of professionalism

From the moment I walked into St Croix Vision, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The staff was friendly, offered me a water or coffee, and made simple work of my insurance.
Dr. Wendy Seyller was a joy and explained everything she was doing throughout the process. She was thorough and made sure I had all my questions answered before releasing me. She made sure to let me know of any potential concerns and assured me my eye health was good.
As for the optic staff, I was helped by Cody. He was knowledgeable, friendly and, once again, made simple work of my insurance to give

Dr. Wendy Seyller and her staff are the best! Her office manager Elliot is very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I have a small head and have a hard time finding frames that are both comfortable & stylish. Most vision center's do not have a large selection of small frames for adults to choose from. St. Croix Vision Center just got in a large stock of stylish frames for adults with small heads. I liked so many of them that it was hard to choose just one pair. This is a good problem to have! First time visit in years and everyone was pleasant and helpful, however, I think it is more professional to ask first if I would let a student do most of the exam. Great you provide a service to student but nothing can replace years of experience and expertise for reassurance and quality. Especially upsetting since it has been years since I had an eye exam. When the doctor did show up she was dressed, I thought, inappropriate heavy eye shadow, low cut dress, silver sparkly nylons, etc.. She looked very beautiful and great but I thought it was not very professional.

Ok, here's the *one star* portion of the review... I move a lot for work. And have gone to a few different eye doctors in the past. I was incredibly happy with every other optometrist. St. Croix Vision Center is - by far - the WORST eye doctor I have ever been to!
Both Dr. Seyller and her intern were impatient, condescending, and rude... This immediately soured my opinion of this clinic. To make matters worse - I purchased one pair of glasses

I've had 4 eye surgeries at the Mayo Clinic, tons of tests at Mayo and have a fair understanding of good testing procedures. Dr Seyller is a perfectionist who will ask for retesting if there are any questions about the images she's looking at. She's very experienced, extremely bright and knowledgeable. And as a guy who likes to laugh often, Dr Seyller is fun. Elliot, Cody and all the staff are also excellent. I highly recommend St Croix Vision!

I love these guys! They have been really friendly and helpful each time I've gone in. Also, their diagnostics are superior to other offices where I've been a patient. The prescription I got from them provided lenses that give me much clearer vision than the last one from another provider. I also like the way the doctor spoke to me--I like to ask a lot of questions and she definitely knows her stuff! I will stick with St. Croix Vision Center for sure and highly recommend them.

After an awful experience at Associated Eye Care, I thought I'd try someone else. This place was a vast improvement. Dr. Seyller takes the time to ask thorough questions and work with your concerns and goals. She also a great quirky sense of humour. Elliott also took the time to find the right pair of frames for me, asking the right questions to get the best fit (pun intended). They aren't the cheapest place in the world, but you pay for good service. It's worth it.
