We are able to provide online counseling from Marfa to Midland, El Paso to Lubbock and everywhere in between. Cities like Houston, Austin and Dallas may have plenty of local counselors to choose from. However, traffic might present a real obstacle to fitting therapy into your life. Online counseling may be the solution.
We provide individual, couples and family counseling for adults, children, teenagers, adolescents, and elders. We offer in-person office sessions as well as innovative secure online video and text based psychotherapy sessions to accommodate clients that may feel more comfortable talking from their own home.
Having disputes at work or dissolving a family is hard. It is a drain on emotions, finances, and time. Mediation allows you a voice in your outcome without time limits or being in front of a court. The Family Relationship Center facilitates your engagement in the confidential mediation process, on your schedule, either in our office or from the comfort of your computer.
It's a process in which the parties involved and a trained, impartial mediator explore issues and generate options which lead to the creation of solutions which will work for all parties. Called in for the first time, a lady pictured up and kept saying would you like to book and appointment, I wanted to know if they were taking insurance and if they were in network with my insurance, but instead she kept repeating if I would like to book and appointment. I finally asked if this is a person or a computer because she definitely sounded like a computer, she hung up on me.

I placed my family appointment online on 122520 for 123120 @ 6PM. Today, 123020, at 1:15 PM the counselor I’d signed up for called for the first time. He wanted to move the appointment to Saturday but then changed his mind once I balked at how he waited so long to call. Then he wanted to know a little background. He proceeded to shuffle papers around while I talking and interrupted me several times to have me repeat what I’d said (perhaps he should have stopped the paper shuffling and listened instead). After all the information I gave he then tells me that the appointment tomorrow will NOT

This company told me they could hep me with my little girl. Then turned around and told me that they are not willing to do so! You people are dealing with kids and you can't help my little girl. I could have taken her somewhere else. But, since they waited around and changed there mind I have to try and find someone else to help her. Terrible company to be in the business that is suppose to help children!
