So far so good! I am 22 and skeptical about therapy. I thought talking to a friend, or just to myself in the mirror would help. But I needed more. My mental/emotional/and physical state weren't healthy. It was staring to affect my everyday life. I wouldn't get out of bed, eat, not even brush my hair or teeth. I know, gross, But Im not healthy yet. And still aren't fully. Ive been visiting Dr. Liz Marcum for about 3 weeks now and I can 100% say it is helping. I don't wake up and immediately cry anymore. Sometimes I might but she's taught me coping skills and different resources to get the help I
