Salon is unattractive. Certainly not a place to relax. Stylist was inexperienced with no one helping her. She changed my hair color without asking. I was told no one is vaccinated. She brought her daughter to work. The place is just not clean. Such a disappointment. No one answers the phone.

Alex is AMAZING! I had my makeup trial for my wedding yesterday with her and it was beyond any expectations I had. I had to make an early appointment as my wedding shower was in the early afternoon and she was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to create it but 100 times better. I got so many compliments on my makeup and it lasted all day/night without any issues. I am recommending her to anyone and everyone. I cannot wait to see her again for my wedding makeup!!

I hate to post bad things about places on reviews, but this one has me really concerned with the hair stylists that work here. I went in yesterday to have my hair cut - asked for a simple trim, no more than 2 inches off, and layers in the front. Instead, what I received was a hole in the back of my hair. The girl used hair thinning scissors to cut my hair and now there is a huge gap. See picture.
Everything is uneven and I am absolutely shocked. Dino Palmieri is redoing my hair and they said I am going to need hair extensions to fill the entire layer of hair that got chopped out of my head. Needless
