For the past year I've been growing out my gray silver hair. I went to Victoria a couple months back so she can help me transition a little faster. We came up with a plan on my first visit and I left that visit looking better and feeling better about my look. Yesterday was my second visit and she added more high lights and lowlights and a healthy trim. I was so excited with the results! Its exactly what I wanted! Victoria really listened to what I wanted and then made it happen! I highly recommend her. She's professional, kind and talented and so down to earth, she made the time in her chair relaxing

The management was super unfriendly. My girlfriend scheduled an appointment for a saturday. When she showed up, they messed up and said they put down the wrong info and thought she was only getting a haircut. This was a mother's day gift and one of the only times we could get her in due to us having a newborn.
Instead of offering any discounts or ANYTHING, they just rescheduled her for a following week and the manager said it was my girlfriend's fault for what she asked for!....terrible customer service.

My nails have always been 35$ for a fill and 45$ for a full set. The reason I go to this salon is because I can choose nail art without having to worry about the ads on price. I was extremely shocked and disgusted to find that upon coming to the counter to pay, they quoted me at 90$! I asked to be filled in with the details as to why a 45$ full set was 90$ and they were neither empathetic nor compliant with me. I told them they would have to wait for my mother to come in and pay since I had not brought 90$ to pay for nails I expected to be half that amount. NEVER AGAIN. They told me that a fill

Fantastic salon and location.
I have been seeing the same stylist and knows what will work for my hair and what does not. He has helped my hair get back to healthy natural tresses.
They encourage using select products however you never fell pressured into purchasing something.
I would definitely recommend Illusion Unlimited Salon for all its services.

My 12 year old daughter came in for a very drastic hairstyle change and Marilee did an AMAZING job. She even took the time to explain how to style it a few different ways. 10/10 service. The salon itself was very clean and professional everyone was very sweet. Definitely recommend this place.
