I highly recommend Sue and Taj salon.
The owner is an artist at her work, she has great taste and is always patient with me and my daughter. She is professional , and an artist . I love my hair and she makes me feel beautiful. She only uses top of the line products and I found her to charge less than most salons. The salon is beautiful, bright, uplifting and spotless.
I would highly recommend going to Taj salon !!!!

Sue is amazing. She is professional , and an artist . I had a very specific color request and she did what I wanted although it needed several steps. She was patient and joking all through. I am so happy with my hair and WILL DEFINITELY go back and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The lady that owns this place has a ton of experience ("20 years".)which she keeps repeating over and over. But is extremely rude and very mouthy. However I don't think she realizes it. She tested a hair strand and put some bleach on it. Left it on for way too long and (when I got home I realized it was damaged.) She also told me she would charge 300 to 400 dollars for fixing the botched up color I got from somewhere else. Then told me not to come back ever again just because I asked her to wash it out after sitting there for an hour. No problem! Will never return!

Mean woman and very unprofessional. Overcharges for services you can get at any expensive salon. Wasted my time while she forgot about my hair as she spoke to family members on the phone. Hair became damaged. Rude on the phone with other customers. I tried to be nice and she was rude in return,. WASTED my time. Following her answer:You still treat customers with respect, regardless of their situation or where they went before! Telling them "I hope you never come back" is never the right answer to a potential customer.

The absolute best hair salon around Cleveland area, I drove one hour down for it and it was totally worth it!
They do what my hair needs in a perfectly well done job.
Amazing staff ; Suaad, lina and Salam are very nice and patient, i stayed almost 6 hours to do hair straightening plus a haircut and time went by like this!
Totally worth every penny, highly recommended.
The salon itself takes all COVID precautions so feel safe to go there during this time.
