I called to make an appointment as a new patient due to a few suspicious moles/ skin changes. After 20min on hold I was told they were available for a full body check 7 months from now, but possibly sooner, if I had specific number of moles to assess. They told me I had to tell them EXACTLY how many I needed looked at. I'm not a dermatologist, I don't know if it's 3 or 4, it seemed crucial to be exact, and I was told I had to commit then and there to a number in order to be seen. The receptionist was formal, business like and not terribly friendly. I understand it's a business and I don't need

I have always had a very positive experience with Dr. Correale and her staff. I found everyone there to be very professional and thorough and I appreciate the extra precautions they are taking to keep their patients safe during COVID. When I called to make an appointment for my skin cancer screening it was a 2 month wait but that is to be expected for non-emergency services, and what I have always experienced with other dermatology practices.

I have been seeing Dr. Correale for about 3+ years. She has always been friendly and professional. Dr. C. has a matter of fact approach but I like that about her. Her treatment of my basil cell carcinomas has been wonderful and she has referred me to specialists when I needed Mohs procedures. Her staff is also friendly and professional.

Agree with the “demeaning and demoralizing” review ,it was nice to see someone else felt that way. I was not called back or given a medication refill, I was basically referred somewhere else after investing money and time for two months in an initial treatment.

Horrific. At first was okay - diagnosed with a fungal infection and treated appropriately. But when it reoccured when I was travelling, she would not call in a new prescription and after two days of difficulty with her office staff I was told to call my PCP for the refill (who has never treated me for this infection!!!). Her office staff gave me three different people to talk to with three different responses two saying she would refill the prescription and ultimately saying she wouldn't. And because the office is no longer doing telehealth appointments, I was stuck with no option with this doctor

I saw Dr. Correale and I had a very positive experience. She was friendly, down to earth, explained what she was doing and asked if I had any concerns/questions. She was easy to talk with. Office staff was personable during check-in. Wait time was appropriate.

Kind, warm and informative. She referred me for further care to a surgeon and I am now free of squamous cell cancer. She is terrific!
