Acupuncture is a well developed whole health care system based on the body's own energetic laws. Acupuncture falls within the category of bio-energetic medicine and is concerned with balancing, regulating and releasing energy in the body for the promotion of health and the treatment of disease.
Ancient art healing in Littleton offers two types of massages, Esalen-Inspired and Neuromuscular. Massage services are performed by Vicki Ibbotson, a licensed massage therapist. The long, slow strokes help bring the body out of the "Fight or Flight" state that often comes with living and working in this fast-paced world.

The Ancient Art team is just incredible! Ruth is amazing and so helpful. She's so well suited for her work as an acupuncturist. Vicki is the BEST masseuse I've ever worked with. After ten+ years of trying different masseuses and approaches, Vicki was a godsend. I had neck pain for YEARS and after a few months of the power-house combination of acupuncture with Ruth and massage with Vicki, I was pain free (and have stayed that way for 2+years now)! I can't recommend these practitioners enough!

Vicki is amazing and I highly recommend her. I have been getting massages for over 30 years and she is one of the very best. She is very in tune with accommodating all my specific preferences including technique, pressure, sensitivities, etc. Her massages always makes me feel better. She is also a very kind-hearted person whom is a pleasure to be near. She is a gem!
