They have a covid out break here. You will be thrown in a room to rot you will not be allowed to leave the hallway and you will not be told what they are going to do with you. I've been asking for days what the plan is even though I'm covid negative and they don't have one. Do not come here under any circumstances!
Do not check into this place unless your insurance will only allow this place and if that's the case do everything you can to find somewhere else to go. I've tried to contact people hear for help about an issue. I had a nurse explain to me about boundaries I was only asking to speak

Best decision I've made, I was 12 yes soberand had a 3 month relapse, was trying to hide it from my family but it got out of control. Laguna treatment hospital was compassionate and caring, I couldn't do it by myself. The helped me get back in control of my life, I won't forget about the experience.

The only stars I give this facility will be for the amazing chefs+servers, nurses, doctors and case managers.
Other than that, the administration has shown me that although I am a private pay patient (10K$$ for 20 days), I am seen as just a dollar sign there.
One out of 20 issues I have with this facility is how I was denied access (TWICE) to necessary items that my parents want to send me: HANGERS (there were non available), RAZOR+SHAVING CREAM (having had a stroke last year and taking aspirin, the cheap razors they had available were my making my legs and armpits bleeding nonstop), and CLOTHES

My stay here at Laguna has been nothing but miraculous. The transformation that I’ve seen in myself has been the most rewarding and motivational change I’ve ever seen myself. My case manager (Heidi) my therapist my doctors and all of the nursing staff (Meghan) have been so wonderful and so helpful and so influential in my recovery, I cannot thank them enough. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I’ve been to many centers.

Wonderful staff. Problem with medication line waits but was improving as my treatment progresses. Mama one of the food prep staff goes out of her way to welcome you, make sure your food your liking. The beds are comfortable and not dinky twin beds. I recommend this facility.

I just got started in this program and the class with Laura I had was incredible! She really knows how to communicate & understand where people are coming from. She’s an outstanding facilitator and she really knows how to run a class. I loved every minute of it with her and am enjoying my time here!

Laguna treatment recovery hospital is truly the best recovery place! I received the help I needed along with several learning tools to keep moving forward. The staff is truly amazing! The food is the best! You all have one tuff job to do and you do it with compassion! Groups were awesome! Took me awhile to share but I did and feel better that I did. The arts and craft were my favorite. Thanks Ben. Scott you ruffled my feathers and I needed them ruffled. I did the flight thing but I’m ready to fly. Thank you all so very much. From the bottom of my heart I love you all!

Laguna Treatment Hospital exceeded my expectations.
I came into the hospital very intoxicated and the admissions staff was more than accommodating. Shout out to Nicole for treating me like a gem even though I was probably rude to her upon admittance (sorry Nicole!).
The nurses were very professional (a few cuties too). Nurses: Shelby, Nina, Colleen, April, Tracy, Shannon, Mary, Anj amongst many more were amazing. They make sure you are comfortable and medically stable at all times.
Meka, the program supervisor, always took care of me whenever I had a problem or suggestion. She was professional
