Dr. Johnson is a Board Certified Family Physician since 1995. He has been in Family Practice for over 20 years. Dr. Johnson started his career more than 30 years ago working as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital. He attended The Southern College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating and licensed as a Physician and Surgeon.
He focused his career on Family Medicine to facilitate his belief on treating your body as a whole. He is dedicated to his patients and recognizes that spending time, listening and working with his patients aids to empower their overall health. Horrible experience. Threatened by office staff with attitude all because I complained after sitting there for an hour . Office manager also gave attitude. Very unprofessional office staff and Drs poor. I never had any follow through because I have Medicare and not cashing paying they would treat me very poorly.
If any one is considering this office patient beware. These medical professionals are clearly from mc donalds university/ cracker jack box care .. That old hag in the office threatened me and said she was gonna call police all because I complained. .. plz she clearly dried up!

Wonderful staff and great doctors. They go above and beyond for their patients. Very caring and they take the time to really listen to you and explain how your treatment will go. I just can’t say enough good about them! And, this is with every appointment, yeah, I may have to wait a while. But, the way I look at it, good things come to those who wait!

Very rude receptionists at the front desk. I haven’t met the doctor yet, as I will be a new patient here IF I keep my appointment... But I’m blown away by how rude the women at the front desk are on the phone and in person.
I did not ask for anything difficult or out of the ordinary- just asked for new patient paperwork in person and if they had any earlier appointments over the phone- and both times the women were condescending and sounded as though they “couldn’t be bothered.” Needlessly rude and unprofessional.

My wife injured her head in a fall. The office took her in promptly. Dr. Johnson diagnosed her with a concussion, and he
put her on the most appropriate protocols of medications and activities. She was understandably traumatized by the accident, but Dr. Johnson immediately put her at ease with his skillfully bedside Manor. The staff was most courteous and compassionate also. Could not recommend Dr. Johnson and staff more highly.

Tammy is great, personality, etc., but if you have a chronic condition, I would recommend maybe going to another office such as internal medicine instead of this one. My son and I have both went here for over 3 years and finally had to switch. our insurance requires approval for specialist, this office referred my son to an endocrinologist last year. one of the most incompetant doctors we have ever seen. he wrote prescriptions incorrectly for diabetes, had important blood work results, and never called about them. and the best thing of all, when I call to cancel an appointment, they tell me my

I love this place. I've been seen by both Keith and Dr. Johnson many times over the last 5 years. Yes, if you're a walk-in, you will wait. That should be expected. No, they will not hand out pills like candy. (The other reviews that gave 1 star may be disgruntled because of this. {A psychologist, a psychiatrist, or a neurologist is best equipped to treat adult ADHD, lady.}) So, pill shoppers keep trucking. Dr. Porter is the best Dr I've had in a long time! He takes his time in helping me with my medical problems & he's gentle & very thorough & understanding. & very caring. He's also very h helpful when it comes to suggesting that I try some thing new. He explains what a medicine is for & how it works & tells you what to expect when it comes to side effects of a medicine. He's also a very good listener & always had a smile on his face when he sees me!

I have no experience with the doctors so I can’t rate that. I had scheduled an appointment for my wife since she wanted to get a check up so she can see how her health was doing. I get a call an hour after her scheduled appointment from my wife saying she was still not seen. I tell her just wait a little longer since she is a new patient. I get a call from her again a few minute later with her in tears talking about how rude they front desk person was and how they kicked her out when she called them out on their rude behavior. I am very disappointed in this place and I will tell everyone I know
