I don't know what the problem is with fort sanders.they must not care about sick people ,maybe that's why some COVID patients pass away because they have to sit in the waiting room forever, before seeing anyone.having hard time breathing .not everyone is a dope head.there are legit sick people needing help.COVID patients sitting for 12 or more hours to get help.that's what I call ridiculous .I'm very upset with them .when I went years ago they were caring.but not now they don't see how you are with COVID they just tell you it will be a while longer.very very not good service

CT Imaging gives new patients random directions saying to use the entrance across from the parking garage. There are three garages. Then they do not answer when you try to call to find out where to go. Operator automatically drops you in a looped queue as soon as they hear a department. This resulted in being dropped in the loop 4x with out reaching anyone.

My husband had surgery in this hospital and the Dr. Doing the surgery missed somethings during surgery so my husband had to go back to the hospital and have another surgery. After he was done doing the surgery he didn't even come check on him in both surgery. Also the hospital seems dirty. The nurses are no where to be found and when they do show up not helpful or friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hospital for anything. Go to Tennova hospital!!!

I spent the day waiting for my friend to be released after out patient surgery. This was the friendliest hospital I've had experience with. They are very accommodating, even giving me a pager so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room. Most hospital gift shops are over priced with so so merchandise. Not this one. I picked up three sweaters that were on sale, paying half for the same quality I would have in a department store. The area is nice enough to get out and, walk in. There is a Panera Bread, Mellow Mushroom and, a few dining options. I wish I had known that before eating in the

If you are pregnant and having contractions, DO NOT GO TO FORT SANDERS ER! I have never been so angry in all of my life. My husband and I went there the other day and followed the directions to go to ER PARKING. Well the young man with glasses in the booth wouldn't allow us in! He said that we couldn't park there in the Emergency room parking lot, only drop people off, and we would have to find somewhere else to park. Here's a tip Fort Sanders, hire people with manners, and fire the ones like that idiot in the booth. And if you are going to put up signs for EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

If I could give minus one star I would. I waited for hours in the ER room, which is fine, that's most Emergency Rooms. But then I was called back, and there were no rooms available. I wasn't even checked just given a prescription. I was in so much pain, I'm surprised I didn't collapse. If I had I feel they would of rolled me into a corner--I would not have been surprised. I just started my job, so my insurance hasn't kicked in. I'm warning everyone stay away from this hospital. I wouldn't bring my dog here. I will NEVER return!!

The hospital is clean and the preop folks are great, but the post op is a nightmare. My arms are black and blue because they didn't know how or care to hit a vein. I had surgey at 8 am and didn't get any thing to drink or eat until .10:30 pm. When I ask my husband to get my toothbrush so I could get the taste out of my mouth I was rudely told by the CNA ,I needed to lay down and be quite because my husband had been up all night1 I was never given any thing for pain, because I didn't need it. When I got home I looked at the meds on order and saw I had a standing order from my

If I could give zero stars I would. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility. Many of the staff have zero compassion for the patients and are disrespectful and unprofessional. My sister was admitted to the ER and there was a complete lack of compassion and communication from many of the staff but mainly the security guards on duty. One of them told my sister to shush several times while she was expressing her disappointment of having to wait longer than 6 hours for what they said was a urine sample and then a screening. The lack of compassion and communication

ER staff are RUDE! I called to find out some information about a patient, they took 5 minutes to even find the records, then placed me on hold. A second person, David, finally gave me a room number before tossing the phone to Brittany for some reason... Brittany was the first RUDE person I got. She seemed very impatient, and wanted to quickly get off the phone without helping me. I always ask for first name when talking to ANYBODY about medical things, I was very respectful when I did this. I asked, as soon as I heard her voice for the first time, "Hi there, What was your name?". It would
