I'm so happy with Universal Financial. Denise is extremely helpful. I have never been late on any payments in over 2years but in Feb 2020 we were hit hard financially so I called a week before our payment was due and explained our situation. Universal Financial was more than accommodating. I asked for an extra week to make my payment and they said absolutely no problem and if I needed more time to please call and let them know. I never got hounded or harassed about a payment and I never got hit with a late fee but I always make my car payment a priority and never miss a payment. Thank you for the

If it's possible to give no stars, i would. this company just bullies you. if you're late just one day, there they go harassing you in any means of contacting you. The email start and the calls start.. They've gone as fare as calling my job and basically risking it. Around the holidays last year i was late on a payment and it was because it was around the Christmas, They started calling threatening to repo my car and also called with a bunch of questions if regards to it being late and when i said it was because of the holiday, They had the nerve to answer with "so you've been buying gifts instead

I agree they are rude and treat us paying customers like criminals but there the criminals. Come to find out that they changed my income to a higher amount and created a pay stub that reflected more just to get me the loan. At least I got the car but should I report that to the bbu. Not sure what to do.

I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars they don’t care if you get paid every two weeks or two days after your payments due or if you can only pay $300 now and owe $46 your next check they should aleast try and help people out as long as they try and pay what they can at least we tried and pay what we can! I can’t wait to pay off my car so I won’t have to deal with them! There are a lot of people who would help and these people are just hungry for there money! I’m glad we are almost done paying them off! I would not recommend anyone financing a car with them ever! Plus THEY ARE RUDE

Yes comments on here are true their customer service is rude. They dont even have a real office. They are located inside a corner of a Rv dealership. I had to take time away from attending class to go talk to them. They just talked to me outside the door because they didnt want to let me sit down inside their "offices" and talk about my contract. I was trying to pay off my car early however i feel like i shouldnt pay interest of the months i didnt use their services. They told me i would save money by paying off early but in the long run i was still going to pay the same regardless if i paid the
