Services
Once you get your confirmation that your order is ready, you can drive to one of our designated parking spots, numbered one through four. These spots are located directly in front of the store. Tell the security person your name and they get your order brought out to your car. In the rare case there is no security please call (510) 527-STARS and let the consultant know your name and the number spot you are parked in.
We are currently located at 3219 Pierce Street, Richmond CA 94804 just across the street from the Pacific East Mall. We have parking available on site with additional parking across the street in the first row of the Pacific East Mall lot. You'll need a valid government issued form of identification such as a Driver's License or a Passport to enter the facility.

Went yesterday looking for CBD infused items to deal with chronic pain. Since shoppers are not allowed to touch anything and must rely on an associate, we ended up with an item THC infused. I'm on disability don't have ANY money to burn so this was not appreciated. Word to the wise DOUBLE CHECK the items an associate recommends. Other than the security is good, store clean, people nice. Bring ID snd CASH, they don't take Debit cards and the ATM is fee based

I chose 7Stars on the recommendation of someone I trust. I was greeted kindly and professionally by each person - outdoor security, door monitor, inside reception, and consultant. My consultant, Steven, listened carefully to what I needed and made a few recommendations, continuing to ask and answer questions until he and I settled on one product. When I asked about the packaging of the product, he double-checked his answer with a colleague.
I feel Steven took as much time as I needed and was interested in a happy and returning customer.

Started going to 7 star when they had a place on san pablo dam rd. and at 99 ranch, like the new place very nice but, I like it better if I could look at products on my own than have someone follow me and show me the item instead of me looking on my own at the different stuff they have there now, I felt kinda rushed out of there, would have liked to looked around alittle longer.

Just visited 7 Stars, maybe for the last time. I came in with my partner to buy flower. While he was making his purchase, I noticed quite a selection of water pipes and other pipes across the room. I walked over to get a closer look and the person behind the counter in a loud, rude voice, so everyone in the store could here, said; Sir, I need you to stay with your party! Like I was some young boy being scolded. I was completely embarrassed!!! This is not the same company that I have known since the days inside the mall, out on San Pablo Damn Road, and in the building next door to the new shop.

What a beautiful new space! I’ve long been a fan of 7 Stars but you guys are officially my favorite dispensary now. First time customer. The place is clean, safe and very secure, well organized and clearly well managed. Brannan helped me with my selections. She is very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though there were 20 people in line ahead of me, it took less than 10 minutes to get into the store. On my most recent visit to 7 star I was greeted by a welcoming older gentleman named Ro I then was brought inside where I got checked in by Justin. He ended up being the person who would help me behind the counter and let me tell you something. He made my experience better because all the questions I had he answered!!! The few strains I asked about he had knowledge on. This was my 2nd visit here and their customer service was above and beyond on both visits so I plan to be a returning customer!!! I believe the highest mark of a company or organization is how much they value their employees. And how a company values them is through empowerment, a livable wage, putting them first before anyone else, and encouraging and rewarding outstanding customer service. This place is about as high class as you can get. Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge of product and strains etc. I went in knowing what I like and what I don't and what I wanted and was pointed in the right direction and given loads of options. The owner is very very nice and friendly. My husband has known him through his businesses for many many years, and in all these years, I've never visited a dispensary. I've been a customer of 7 stars since they were located in 99 ranch plaza. I'm so happy for them their new location is absolutely beautiful and all the people working here are very helpful and sweet. Their price points are reasonable compared to other dispensaries in the area. I especially like the brand of melatonin gummies they carry and their pre rolls. They have a customer for life! Covid standards are high. They check your temperature before entering, they limit the number of people inside and they also have hand sanitizer dispenser. Thank you to this outstanding business

The new location is !! I love how you know get a personal shopper, she even gave me a tour and was really detailed in explaining to me what everything was. She was honest about products she tried and haven't tried. The 3 step check-in was also seamless as well. I don't like that it's still cash only, but they do have ATMs for your convenience.

Been coming here since the early scrip days, and used to really like it. Alas, it is a pale shadow of its former self. Twice in a row now, I have been confidently recommended a "really close" alternative to a strain they were out of, only to get home and find it was completely wrong. Sorry, "relaxed and energized," is not the same as, "good for sleep." The budtenders, basically, seem to know little and say much. There are exceptions, but that doesn't help.
Also, they never keep the same brands in stock, so if you like it in January, you are out of luck
