The records and procedures were disorganized, with little training Dawn was able to shave over 30days from the DSO, stabilizing it at roughly 45days. I needed assistance getting back on track with my business bookkeeping and taxes, Dawn was able to assist in both areas, onsite and remotely, and has been helping now for a few months, being a small business (wearing several hats) it's great to have someone that I can depend on to spend the couple hours a month to assist me with reconciling.
