Bill promptly responded to our request for a home inspection on our new home purchase. He was willing to do it at the convenience of both the current owner and ourselves. He was incredibly thorough - he spent just over 3 hours inspecting all aspects of the 2 story home. He emailed us a very detailed report within 24 hours (on a weekend, no less!) and clearly indicated what items needed addressed immediately or as part of regular home maintenance. We also received a helpful guide of what we should be keeping up with on a routine basis. The report and service that Bill provided was thorough and knowledgeable

I live in NJ, and my company is pursuing acquisition of a new company in Austintown, OH. I found Bill on the internet and figured we would give him a shot. All home inspectors are the same, right? WRONG. This guy is the best inspector I have worked with in my career. He was on site the entire evening with the owner of my company, meticulously documenting and gave advice on every single issue this building had. We used Bill Rich a second time to perform another inspection on a building in East Palestine, OH. I am from New Jersey, so it's important we hire someone who is going to provide a thorough, and reliable docket of information on all aspects of the building. Again, he performed identical work as the first time we hired him, which LOWERED the asking price from the Sellers by $73,000!!! We originally offered $450,000 purchase price, but with the extensive searching and documentation from Bill Rich, the Seller agreed to drop his asking price 16%. This is why you hire this guy!!!
