Mold Basics The key to mold control is moisture control. If mold is a problem in your home, you should clean up the mold promptly and fix the water problem. It is important to dry water-damaged. Anti-scald valves, also known as tempering valves and mixing valves, mix cold water in with outgoing hot water so that the hot water that leaves a fixture is not hot enough to scald a person.
We strive to provide the fairest pricing possible for all of our clients. Therefore, all of your home inspection costs will be based on the age and square footage of the home. Some inspectors base their costs on the sale price of the home or on the number of rooms. However, in my opinion this is a disservice to their clients.
In order to provide value as a house inspector certified by InterNACHI, I am required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education each year. Ed did a great job for us. The home we were interested in buying had been fixed up cosmetically and looked nice. Ed scoured over the house pointing out flaws,repairs and safety concerns. He was very thorough and conscientious. His report was a great help in making our decision. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing his services. Well worth the money.
