Dave was excellent. He walked us through the entire home inspection and everything that needed repairs, including a bunch we hadn't noticed before. He was extremely thorough and insightful. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend him if you want/need a high quality, cost efficient home inspection. He saved us a great deal of work around the house and the money we would have needed to make the home satisfactory for us.

David is an amazing human, the upmost professional quality that you can find. He saved my life 3 years ago when he inspected an apartment I lived in and got me out of a terrible lease, and he saved me at least thousands of dollars while I am looking to buy my first home this month. David doesn’t just work with his customers, he works for them. I would never recommend anyone else. I’ll leave my review at that, but I could write a whole essay about how much David he helped me.

We had home we were thinking of buying inspected. David mention that radon testing might be something to think about doing. Glad We had testing done as radon came back high. Also found out furnace and roof would need replaced. David worked for Us and did good by us.

I had my inspection in September and have now been living in my home for about a month now. I haven’t had any unexpected issues arise that Dave wasn’t able to warn me of ahead of time. Dave, the owner is the best in the business. He is extremely thorough and identifies potential issues that most others would overlook.The extensive data from the report that is generated from his inspection speaks volumes of his extensive knowledge of homes. Dave actually saved us a few thousand dollars by properly pinpointing things in the home that had to be replaced or repaired. His fee was money well spent and was definitely worth every dollar. Dave works for you and enables you to make an informed decision on the biggest purchase in your lifetime which is home.
