I have suffered years of neck and back pain, until I came to this wonderful place.
This is such a family friendly place to go. I was in a really awful car accident 13 years ago, and have had back and neck pain on and off ever since. To the point that I just accepted that I would always have this pain. I then was in another car accident this last October. Causing my back and neck pain to increase dramatically. I was referred here by a friend, and am truly amazed with the results. I started late October, and by the end of December, I have had no pain. I actually did not think this was possible.

I have been taken care of by the caring people at this place for more than 20 years. They are kind, friendly, compassionate and are able to do things to help me stay healthy that regular medical practices cannot. I strongly prefer the activator method they use. The staff here have been nothing but kind since I started going here a little over a week ago (in that time, I have been seen 3 times). Dr. Mark has been very informative and has made my back feel so much better after experiencing lumbar sprain. The 2 massage therapists are both great- they always put the clients comfort and well being first.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful with all of your needs! The doctors are very friendly, helpful, and explaining things in simple terms. They Show you several different ways to help be proactive in your treatment plan and simple suggestions to help you at home or work and in between visits. They were extremely helpful after my car accident and later down the road with pregnancy! Chiropractic helped me significantly in healing and getting back to a more normal lifestyle after injuries. Dr. Mark is one of the finest chiropractors I've been to - and I've seen many chiropractors over the years. Because of my serious neck and shoulder issues, I require gentle, yet measured and precise adjustments. Wonderful customer service and patient care. Made sure my insurance would cover the treatments. Dr. Mark Johansen made a treatment plan with me, reviewed it with me and always explains what he's doing. After my first adjustment I felt immensely better and it improved my sleep so much! I went to see Dr Mark after I hurt my shoulder at work. He was able to understand and direct my care in the most respectful manner. He assisted in navigating through the difficult matters that goes along with workers comp. At times he would even call my work and other doctors for me.
The LMT's that work in this office are also wonderful people. Both (that I have met) are skilled and full of kindness.
I also saw Dr Andrews a couple of times. He didn't rush into seeing me, and would take time to understand why I'm there and how he can use his time to help treat me.

Dr Andrews uses the Activator method and has been taking care of my back for many years. When I first started seeing him I was in a lot of pain and needed frequent visits. Now I see him for maintenance adjustments every 2-4 months. I highly recommend him! He's very through and doesn't rush you out of his office like some chiropractors have in my past. I always feel fully "adjusted" when I leave.

Dr. Mark is very careful and responsive to your needs. I've been to a few other chiropractors that get you on the table and crack you around without trying to figure out what the problem is. The main form of treatment used is activator method which manipulates soft tissue rather than jerking your body into correct position. I leave without headaches and feeling better within a few hours. Highly recommended treatment!

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews for around 20 years now and i have to say, he is a miracle worker when it comes to adjustments. I used to think that the more cracks and pops a chiropractor got out of my back, the better. I did not think activators worked, I thought they were voodoo science....oh boy, was i wrong! Dr. Andrews uses the latest devices available. His adjustments are gentle, easy on the body and THEY WORK!!! He is a compassionate healer with a unique gift for finding what hurts and fixing it.
