Erica (counselor) was unprofessional, and the director supported her behavior. The first week Erica did not call for our weekly appointment,. The next week she called the following day and left a message saying she had phone problems,. She then decided not to have a scheduled time, but unilaterally decided to give me a window when she would call. I was supposed to sit by the phone for 30 minutes each week waiting for her to call. And when she did call she was busy cooking while speaking to me.
The unprofessional ism and indifference was supported by the director .
