Dr. Rose has practiced in the Perham area for more than 40 years. His grandfather was one of the first three veterinarians in the tri-state area, graduating from Chicago Veterinary College in 1895. Dr. Rose is a true Patriot - he served in Vietnam in the Marine Corps in the late 1960's and spent the next 6 months in a medical facility.

Stopped here yesterday to pick up one of my bestie's kitties. Kitty had a torn toe / toenail of which my friend was unawares. Kitty received an antibiotic. The main reason he was there was to get a haircut. He was sooo much happier now that his knotted hair was now removed. About 10 years ago I brought my female in after she whelped a litter, figured she had another pup inside that she was having a hard time pushing out. Asked for an idea of cost so I knew how much cash to take out, didn't have a debit card back then. The vet was rude and said "this is why I don't suggest people breeding who can't afford to take care of their dogs when this happens". He gave her a shot and put her in a tiny little kennel, an hour of waiting I asked his assistant what was going on, he finally came in checked the pups, said 1 had a cleft palate, and that my dog had delivered the last
