Please don't due the mistake of hiring this people!!!
Rocky Hulbrock was our inspector for our current home. He is absolutely horrible didn't catch a lot of huge red flags in the house that shouldn't have passes inspection. We ended up buying the house thinking everything was working and in great condition like it said in the inspection paperwork. Now we had to hire several companies to fix major problems. Hire an inspector that truly cares about its clients not clowns like them.

There are many 3rd party contractors to use for a new home inspection and Top Notch was the best pick. They are friendly, professional, and on time.The contractor came out twice and wrote a detail report. I appreciate all their help and would call them back in a heartbeat. Definitely worth the money.

I was scrambling to get a home inspection and Top Notch were able to get it done. Booked online, picked a date and time, and like a real gentleman, Randy arrived 15 minutes early and was great to deal with. A thorough (50 page) report was available that evening. What a pleasant experience.

Kevin inspected our prospective home. We met him onsite for a summary of the inspection. He was very thorough and walked us around all the items that he had found. He was very clear in describing the severity of the issues. By the evening he had submitted his complete report that was very comprehensive. The entire process was easy and worked perfectly.

We hired Top Notch Home Inspection to do a full evaluation of a house we intend to purchase. We also added sewer scope inspection for an additional cost. Both of the house and sewer scope inspections were done within 3.5 hours. Our Inspector, Kevin, did a thorough walk through of the house and made detailed documentation of findings. The inspections were done in a Friday afternoon, and we received the sewer scope report the same evening; the complete house inspection report arrived in our inbox the next morning. The report was very much in details with pictures attached. Kevin is very professional
