John was great in helping me get through submitting a third party report on a failed roofing claim. Once called in by the manufacturer, communication and completion of the final report went swiftly and without problems. John was more than helpful, it was clear he was representing me no less than the manufacturer. He was professional every step of the way, to the point where I will call on him again in the future.
