Extremely rude when we went in to ask about a bike, was told that it was available the day before, but went in and it was gone, they did not bother to check there own shop to see if it was still there, but rather just made that assumption.
They then told us we were free to go check out the other bikes they had available upstairs, after sitting on one of them to get a feel, we were yelled at “Don’t you ever kick over a bike in my shop, you’re lucky i’m letting you sit on it here” We did not even put a foot on the kickstart… He had told us we can go check the bikes out, how am I supposed

Extremely rude clueless and arrogant staff. Never returning to them again.
-Sure you can get a picture of me sitting on the bike I was looking at the other bikes you had after you misinformed me that you had a bike still after you wasted my time and had me come out there because you were to lazy to do your job. It was my first time at the shop I didn’t know I couldn’t sit on a bike I was thinking of purchasing maybe if your staff was helpful you could have came upstairs with us and helped us after your mistake but again nope, too lazy to do your job but if you show a video you can see I did

My son is so happy with his new dirt bike. Everyone at this shop is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question when we got home with the bike and called the store. The gentleman stayed on the phone and walked me through the issue( it was totally my lack of experience with dirt bikes lol) I know we will be repeat customers.

This is a fantastic motorcycle shop for gear and service. Mitch and the whole crew are true enthusiasts that run a great shop. They service Japanese and Harley bikes and do excellent service work on both street and dirt bikes despite the name of the shop.

Awesome service and nice shop. The battery died on my girlfriends Ninja 250 leaving us stranded 60 miles from home. We went down the list on Google of nearby bike shops trying to find a battery to get her bike home. The first two places we called (larger dealerships) had nothing in stock. Finally called this place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not only did they have the battery I needed in stock but he said over the phone he would fill it and put it on the charger for me so that by the time I got there it would be ready to go.
