Owners of Sheldon's since 2013, Castor and Clark also purchased Spitzie's Harley-Davidson of Albany, New York in 2018, and Old School Harley-Davidson in Ellington.

Where do I begin, absolutely a wonderful buying experience, from the front of the house with Jacquelyn to the back with Heather it was phenomenal. My salesman Dan is the man and definitely recommend going to him along with one of the managers Phil. Completely layed everything out and was super honest and welcoming to me! Bought my bike on mens night so it made it even more exciting! Also Allisyn in the clothing department was super helpful as well! Definitely will return l. Overall 10/10 highly recommend!

My experience on today with Hartford Harley was incredible. From the front desk meeting with Jackie to Dan, Jay and Bri , Heather ( I hope that I got her name right, she’s the one that had me sigh all of the paper work. Lol)and every department that I was introduced to! This group of people are very polite and courteous! I was able to purchase my first Harley Davidson bike.(2011 Street Glide) I’m happy to be in the Harley family!

We visited Hartford Harley Davidson today, on a busy Black Friday. We shopped in the apparel department and worked with Allisyn who was extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased and then had to go back to make an exchange and she was more than happy to help us out. It’s extremely rare these days to find happy and kind people. We will happily return to this dealership for both service on our motorcycle and for any other needs that come up.

What an experience we had with Dan and Phil. These two gentlemen spent almost the whole day with us to choose the bike that was just right. I would also like to mention that Heather was a pleasure to work with in completing our purchase of our new Harley Davidson. Nice sales people. Just not enough if them. I guess. Went there a few times to try to buy a bike and wound up standing around for an hour waiting for a sales person to help me. Eventually I just left. Same thing with phone messages left for ANY sales person to call me back to buy a bike. No return phone call. Multiple times. If they treat you like that when you want to give them a suitcase full if cash how will they treat you if you're having a problem?? Nice place. Hope they get their act together.
