With the completion of therapy, we find that patients experience an increased understanding of their personal challenges, a stronger sense of self advocacy, and the potential to make radical positive changes in their lives. Dr. Dashtban is the founder of Feeling Good Wellness Center. Her practice of psychotherapy is entirely web-based, where all services are offered exclusively online.

Patients from the entire state of California, USA and those in Ontario, Canada are welcome and encouraged to seek treatment that is tailor-made to their specific needs. Online Therapy is not a new brand of therapy.

During this call, you can ask questions about our services and the specialty of our clinicians, and together we can determine if there is a good fit between the services you are looking for and those that we offer.I'm Valentina del Olmo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a focus in adult mental health.
At the Feeling Good Wellness Center, some of our therapists serve the younger population of children ages 5 - 12. Therapeutic options enhance the toolbox of methods offered to our younger clients and include techniques from play therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion and behavior skills training. For adolescents, privacy and respect are very important at the outset of the therapeutic relationship.
Men and women, ages 16 and up are welcome to seek treatments for the majority of personal mood and anxiety issues, unwanted habits and addictions, and conflicted relationships. Change is a part of life, and though it can bring excitement or sadness, much of the time change can be painful.

Sometimes, changes are referred to as life transitions and include moving away for job or school, changes in employment, breaks in relationships, and any hugely altering events that involve birth, life-threatening illness, or death. As humans we don't tend to react well to most changes; in fact, it is a part of life that change tends to be hard.
In general, women from most cultural backgrounds experience a variable and sometimes exhaustive list of physical and mental fluctuations throughout their lifetime. Overwhelming family responsibilities (caring for aging parents while raising own younger or older children). Complications associated with maintaining their professional goals and obligations while raising children and minding their family's needs.
