Yess Body Sculpting and Wellness Center provides an all-natural solution to body contouring and pain management services in the East Bay. Our goal is to provide, teach, and help guide every client on their specific path to wellness. Our center offers advanced Red Light Therapy that uses detoxification as a holistic approach for a total body and mind transformation.
The Body Sculpting treatment is a non-invasive procedure, for a relaxing 30 minutes. In the session, we use Red Light Therapy which utilizes infrared light to evoke positive reactions from your body. The LED penetrates the skin, targeting fat cells and inflammation, without damaging the cell, releasing fat and cellular waste.
Our primary service, Body Sculpting treatment is a non-invasive procedure, for a relaxing 30 minutes. In the session, we use what's known as Red Light Therapy, Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), or Photobiomodulation which utilizes infrared light to evoke positive reactions from your body. The LED penetrates the skin, targeting fat cells, without damaging the cell.
After each of our sessions, our clients use a whole body vibration machine for 10-12 minutes. The machine is designed to use vibration to stimulate the lymphatic flow. By stimulating the lymphatic flow, we aim to increase nutrients to the body's cells as well as expedite the elimination of waste products.
Transformational Guided Imagery is a service we offer to assist the meditative state. Consider TGI as a portable solution to self-empowerment and development. It increases client's well-being through the use of blue light and sensory audio messaging that appeals to the subconscious mind.
Binaural beats and affirmative messages are played through headphones to relax muscles, slow the heart rate and decrease blood pressure, a combination which can have a great impact on physical and mental well-being.It is 100% natural and the two parts; transformational guided imagery and relaxation have no negative side effects.

I'll just start out by saying, I definitely recommend Yess. I had a long bout of depression last year and gained over 20lbs. After 6 sessions with Yess, I was able to jumpstart my fitness journey again after shaving off a few lbs here. Excited to get more sessions in the future. I called Yess because I just had Plastic Surgery and I needed sessions for healing. Over the phone I asked about the Deal On "Group On." The mom (Black Family Owned business), said that the Group On Deal isn't the same treatment that I needed (Later on I found out it's a lie). So I paid regular prices instead. I have visited Yess Body a few times now for Lipo lights and have enjoyed every session I’ve had this far! Chereè the owner was very informative and make me feel very comfortable and confident with the decision I made to come in for the service! I scheduled a drainage massage for under my chin & was able to get an appointment for the same day! I met Sheree and she was so smart & knowledgeable about how the after care is for buccal fat and lipo ! She even does lymphatic drainage massages, there are so many great services I cannot wait to try-the noninvasive bbl is tremendous help getting rid of my hip dips. I absolutely love Yess! If I had lots of money I would probably be a frequent customer. I got the red light lipo. I noticed a modest change. I also got the skin tightening on my legs and stomach. I only got one treatment and saw a difference. I would love to continue the skin tightening and I would love to try the fat treatment.

This office had a very serene feel. I went in for the lipo light procedure. The first two sessions went great however the 3rd and last session was extremely irritating. First when I went in I was treated by a lady with a very rude attitude. As I lay in the table she asked me if I had done the procedure before and I told her yes. Then she made a gesture as if I was supposed to hook myself up to the machine. Yess is definitely a hidden gem in San Leandro!! I have always wanted to change my stomach area after giving birth but didn't want to pay a ton of money. I came across Yess on Groupon and they were offering a steal price for 9 sessions! I immediately bought it and booked right away. They were so easy to work with and get all my appointments in. I was just scrolling through Groupon and came across this place for Lipo Lite. Never heard of it before but have always wanted to do something about my belly but can never afford it. Therefore, I decided to give this a try since it wasn't an arm and leg.
