My Multi-Stage irrigation pump failed.in August of 21. Called Florida Pump Service and Tanya gave me a quote to replace. Charles came out, installed the new pump and soon had the system working again.
I called them again in October of 21 to hopefully solve another problem. I draw water from a retention pond and had problems with the intake getting clogged with algae. I had to go out often, and from a canoe, clean the algae from the intake. I called Tanya and out came Kim. Took a look and gave me a quote. A few days later out came Gene and Bryon. Bryon went right out into the pond and soon they

Great customer service! I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I wasn't sure if I was going to go with them for the parts that were needed. I had a forty minute ride! After numerous additional phone calls I decided to go with them. I walked and was graciously greeted and they had the part I had been asking about waiting. I was in and out in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend them!!!

This is apparently the only Company that will come take care of House Wells. Omg ! Again they have taken care of my houses needs for fresh water. Incredible company and response time. Charles replaced our old aerator and replaced with the new, maintenance free aerator and water softener and two pumps. Could not have been a more quality job or more quality person to come to my house. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Also, office staff were great to deal with!

Gene from Florida Pump Services came out to check our pump which was not working properly since the night before. He not only fixed the problem but performed a second bi-annual inspection to make sure everything checked out ok. He discovered our aerator wasn’t filling properly and was clogged which was causing us to have dirty water. We are scheduling to have it cleaned and can’t thank Gene enough for his help. He was efficient, professional, and very thorough!

Florida Pump Service responded quickly to my urgent pump repair request. Charles was the technician and he is super! I thought I needed a new pump but he checked the pump, replaced a starter capacitor and added a pressure gauge for just a little more than the cost of a service call (He easily could have said I needed a new pump for about $800!)
He was knowledgeable, fast and able to explain the working aspects of the pump so I better understood what to monitor in the future. Their regular service call cost is less than other pump repair companies. Florida Pump Service is a "First Class" company
