The girl at the front desk is incredibly rude. I’ve spoken to her one other time before today and it was like she was bothered I had called in to make an appointment. Her name is Jasmine. Today, I asked if Dr. I was available to talk at all on the phone about a prescription and this girl acted like I was asking to speak to the head of the FBI. It was ridiculous. I’ve worked reception and would never be as dismissive to a patient like this girl was. She didn’t even bother to take a note, instead she gave unsolicited, and incorrect medical advice. Now I’ve been putting up with this place

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have referred Dr. Ivashenco to everyone I know. She has an amazing team and she is straight forward, understanding and empathetic. I feel so comfortable with her and love her passion for wellness. She has an amazing bedside manner. Also, she takes time with you, I love that about her!!

Patients be aware of financial scams...
I had a wellness visit with Dr. Ivashchenko in 2017. I just received a bill from her a couple months ago (May 2019) for an amount due after my insurance already paid her. Seems that her office switched to a new billing company, and they are trying hard to find money. I called them 3 times before someone called me back. The representative from the billing company told me that even though it was their fault for not billing on time and I don't have that insurance anymore, she still feels I owe the amount due. My wellness visits were covered in full by that

Dr. Ivashchenko is a caring professional. I saw her today for the first time and I am glad to be under her care. She spent a great deal of time with me. She really listened, asked questions, answered my questions, offered great advice, and gave me real keys to improve my condition and health. She is compassionate, kind, straightforward and extremely knowledgable. I will be telling my family and friends about her and recommend her highly!
