The Elektra Owners Association
The Elektra is a sixteen story concrete high-rise built in 1949. It is known as one of the most fashionable places to live because of its location, design and amenities. The building was extensively remodeled in the mid-1990s prior to being converted to condominiums. The Elektra remains both an affordable and excellent place to live.

Located between Downtown, Capitol Hill and First Hill there is much to do within walking distance. Walk through the Pike/Pine corridor to get to Broadway or walk through downtown to shop at Pike Place Market. The Paramount is only a few blocks away as are numerous restaurants and theaters. Freeway Park is just across the street.

Stayed in a abnb at this building. The location is phenomenal! You’re within walking distance to everything in downtown. The building itself is a bit on the old side but everything worked as expected. No complaints here. Check this place out !

We stayed in an airbnb at this location. Walking distance to everything. Unexpected painting project inside during our stay.

The Elektra Condominiums is a place that I frequented with spectacular views of the Seattle Metropolitan area.It looks to be one of the newest to line the horizon.TheRealInternetMan😎

Great location and awesome rooftop area. Our floor (9) had a pretty funky smell tho. Overall would stay here again for location and price.

Stayed here for an Airbnb. It's a lovely, well maintained set of condos. Stayed on the 15th floor and had beautiful views. My only beef would be to make the public room in the first for a work out space and make the roof deck bigger.

Everything is nice, except the fact that they wont fix the 2 pipes banging against each other extremely loud on the side of the building near floor 7. Constantly banging throughout rhe week and can hardly sleep. Told the front desk and they did nothing. Don’t come here it’s really not worth it.

I love living here... It's close to just about everything you would need. A corner store, grocery stores, restaurants, clubs, salons, spas, down town, up town, buses, city car, link rail, etc..
The only down part is SOME of the residence. Notice, I said some. 8/10, their quiet friendly. Apparently, people have thrown certain trash out the window, yes it is disgusting but their corse of actions is so inappropriate, neighbors take action and write harassment letters to other neighbors in their door cracks. Walked out this morning, too early, seeing 3-4 of these notes on doors. I am appalled. I've

I have lived here for the past 12 years and find this an excellent place to live. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The property is very well maintained, and my neighbors are friendly. I can be anywhere in the downtown seattle and capitol hill neighborhood I want in 20 minutes maximum by foot. I am very glad I purchased a condominium here, as its been a fine place to live and a good investment.
