Chapelgate Park Apartments

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a call back and haven't heard a word. I've left messages and even a fb messenger and still nothing. All I ever get is voice-mail and to leave a message. I'm really interested in this place but how on earth do you get a reply? I usually, wouldn't leave a review like this but when you are interested in a place and hear nothing what am I supposed to do?! If you don't have any space available just a call would be appreciated to let me know.

My children and I moved here after leaving our home of 10yrs. I was so scared of the change. We couldn’t be happier we moved. Our apartment is about the same size as our house was, no joke. Cut gym expenses & excuses for not going to gym by just walking 20ft to the properties gym.Office manager (Brenda), Maintnence, & security are beyond comforting. I’ve not met one bad neighbor yet. Staying in Tippecanoe School District was a must for me & my children. Everything is so close to us. We even got a new fur baby, and Sammy was just as accepted as we were. One happy tenant.

Generic cookie cutter section 42 apartments. Mind boggling application process to move in, income restrictions. They don’t give receipts for rent payments. Brenda, the manager gossips, gets mad, kicks things in the office and throws things, screams, yells, and slams doors.

There's only one way in and one way out (traffic flow isn't an issue) Nice quiet hideaway. Staff has zero policy and typically handle issues as they arrive.

Living here now! Great apartments, Manager is friendly. Maintenance is nice and repairs quickly. Huge floor plan for a reasonable price and nice bathrooms. Very pretty apartments too, really scenic area. :)

The front doors are all butted up against each other facing a single sidewalk! The living rooms are less than five feet from that sidewalk. So cramped you'd feel like your neighbors are your roommates. The dumpsters are less than 20 feet from some of the entries making for smelly summers. Though a nice place for families with kids to run around.

Great apartment, lg master bedroom and huge bathroom. Very quite in the senior building. Maintenance is on top of everything the same day. Love living here.

This place is great! Maintenance is very fast at fixing things. The staff is all very friendly. It's a very clean and quiet community. It's the best place I've ever rented from to date.
