Rob has been a life saver for us moving to San Francisco. He's easy to schedule, responsive by text, always on time, and quick in his junk removal. Each time, he's helped us in 10 minutes or less. Payment is easy and he always engages us with a smile.
He's the perfect ally when moving to the city. We have reached out multiple times to haul away boxes after unpacking since space in the city is always tight. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the best service in the world! I have used Rob multiple times for a variety of junk and yard clean up needs. He shows up on time and then all you need to do is point and go back in your house. He takes care of everything and leaves your yard/garage looking cleaner than when you saw it last. I often get overwhelmed by the stuff in my garage and I have also used Rob to help clean up. He will also take things to the Goodwill or other places so that they don’t end up in the landfill. When you call him he always comes in a reasonable amount of time and his pricing is beyond reasonable. If

Best hauling experience ever, and one of the best service experiences ever. Rob was on time, incredibly competent (a miracle worker, actually), pleasant, fast, clear, and made the whole thing easy and even pleasant. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was also the lowest bid I got, and my guess is he delivered the highest quality available. Don't go anywhere else!

I knew from the moment that Rob shook my hand upon introducing himself that this was a good decision.
Rob was easy to coordinate with and responsive to my messages. He came and quoted me for the removal, and even though I'm pretty sure it took up more space than projected, he kept his original estimate.

Rob came a few hours after I called for a large trash pickup Recology couldn't help us with as we just moved in and got service turned on. Moving = so much trash and I needed it GONE. Rob was quick, efficient, and polite! Price was way better than other quotes -- not to mention it's so incredibly refreshing to find a (very) small owner-operated business in the Bay Area. Highly recommended!

Not only do I give Rob's Junk Removal a 5 star, but I also give Rob a 5 star as a human being.
Rob is an honest and good guy. He was able to come help me out of a jam when I had tenants leave a house full of junk and I needed it gone ASAP. Rob showed up on time (10 min early actually), and priced everything exactly as he communicated to me beforehand, so there were no surprises. Rob is actually a really cool dude and you'd be a fool to look at this review and call anyone else.

I would 1000% use Rob again. He's super nice and professional! He gave me the price up front with none of the BS you hear from other junk hauling companies. I had post construction debris on my deck and needed a full truck to haul and dump, Rob wasted no time or space in his truck in making sure it fit in 1 truck load like a Tetris wizard.

I am so happy I found Rob and his services. He was so easy and nice to work with - he returned my call right away, asked all the right questions and gave me a fair estimate. Just wrapped up working with Rob and I cannot say enough great things about him. His pricing, communication, and service are outstanding. I called a few places and not only was his pricing the lowest, but he came to my house within an hour! He wrapped up the job by himself in 20 minutes, like a Tetris champion. His responses were prompt, and he gave an accurate estimate based on photos I sent him. He even took the time to chat with my family for a bit afterwards!
