Quick response. Punctual arrival. Fair price. Courteous and friendly customer service. Fast and efficient in their work. I just moved into a new home a few weeks ago and needed to get rid of about 50 large size moving boxes and 10 large bags in my basement. I found this company doing a Google search, called, and within 30 minutes, EZ stopped by to take a look and give a quote. (I was lucky enough to have called when they were in the area between jobs). The price was fair and one hour later, EZ and their team returned to pick up the haul. These guys wasted no time and were done within 15 minutes

They were amazing. We got in a pickle and needed same day removal from our storage unit. We sent him a photo and he gave us a reasonable price and came ASAP so we could close the unit before business end and head out of town. He was in constant communication with us, updating us when he got stuck in traffic. If you want someone reliable, friendly and capable go with EZ.

We contacted EZ to take down our pool and they called us back in minutes! He came over promptly to give us an estimate. It was fair and reasonable price. He gave a us day and time, confirmed the day before, and arrived precisely when he said he would. He and his coworker removed our pool and took it away in a timely fashion. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended!

The two gentlemen who came to my home were polite and well mannered. They did an excellent job of removing the furniture. Because of the rain outside, they did try their best to get very little wet inside the house and made sure they were not tracking in dirt. I appreciate the fact that they called me and told me they would be arriving a bit late because of traffic. It was a bit on the pricey side. But we appreciate their service. Thank you for a job well done.

Their crew arrived on time, got straight to work, cleared out enough construction and general junk/waste to fill one of their large trucks - in about an hour. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted me. They even swept my driveway off when finished - and they were nice people as well. We had a positive experience with EZ and can recommend them if you need this type of service.

I've used EZ in San Francisco now quite a few times. From spring cleanups at home, to business location clean outs, to the trash when I moved. Every single time the experience is amazing. They show up, they glance around, they quickly and accurately quote. The quotes are about the same based on the amount of the truck each time, so they don't appear to 'adjust' the quote between teams, which is extra nice. Every time has been super amazing, nice, professional, and fast. I usually get it all together in one place for them, to help them out, but I know they'd go get it from wherever if I didn't,
